Refund and cancellation policy

DupeDesk sells one product: the Premium routine report (₹199each), a digital report that re-plans your skincare routine. Dupe reports, the dupe finder and the skin scan are free.

Delivery

Your Premium report is unlocked as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and you create it on the website. Nothing is shipped.

Refunds

• Not used yet: if you haven't created your Premium report, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical problems: if you were charged but couldn't create your report, or it failed to generate, we'll fix it or refund the payment.
• Created reports: a Premium report that was created successfully can't be refunded, because the service has been delivered. Dupes are similar formulations, not identical products, as explained before purchase.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions: each purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. A Premium report you've paid for stays available until you create it.
